STACK
The modules are easily assembled using the Formcraft connection system.  It is then simply a matter of stacking the blocks on a pre poured footing to form the walls. The corner blocks add strength and convenience and the modular design of the Formcraft building system means that panel heights coincide with standard window, door and roof plate heights.

BRACE
A lightweight bracing and scaffold system is used to prop the walls and to provide a platform for the pouring of the concrete. Reinforcement bars are easily snapped into place to further increase the strength of the walls.

POUR
Concrete is poured in the cavity between the formwork panels with a concrete pump and the panels stay in place to become the insulating element of the walls. 

ACCESSORIES
Formcraft provides a variety of complimentary products that add further support to the construction process. Accessories include two-in-one bracing and scaffolding systems, C Channel for the base of walls, Corner alignment rods and aluminium window and door sub framing systems.

FINISHING SYSTEMS
Formcraft recommends Rockcote Reinforced Render systems that has an extensive range of colours and textures. The vertical furring strip on incorporated in the Formcraft panels will accept almost any screw fixed cladding system. Eg. Colour Bond, Hardi-Boards and Weather Boards.
